COVID has shaken up small and medium-sized businesses and has allowed Aiki Informatique to stand out by helping many of them organize their computer equipment in a secure and efficient manner. In this difficult time, several projects were born, some continued and others came to fruition thanks to the extraordinary team at Aiki Informatique, of which I am proud and congratulate them.

Aiki Informatique expands its service offering to SMEs

It is in this spirit that I am proud to announce the arrival of Mr. Sylvain Bouchard as Director, Software Programming. He will be responsible for meeting the needs of custom applications, large-scale data migration projects and technical and functional analyses.
Sylvain Bouchard has been working in the field for 21 years, particularly in the development of new software and SaaS products. His expertise in web programming and data and application migration to new technologies – such as the cloud – is substantial. Moreover, he shares the same values of integrity, creativity and customer service as we do.
His great skills have benefited many companies such as Fonds de solidarité FTQ, National Bank, Olymel, Journal de Montréal/Québecor, Laurentian Bank, UAP or Camco, to name a few. The services of BDINC Technologies, which Sylvain Bouchard used to manage, are now integrated with those of Aiki Informatique.
The small and medium-sized businesses that we serve are more efficient by entrusting us with the management of their computer equipment because they can concentrate their efforts on their own mission.
